PUBLIC HEARING:

This hearing is to receive public input on a proposed zoning text amendment which would clarify that RV/Travel Trailer Parks are not permitted uses in B-2 (Intermediate Business) Districts.  Full copies of the proposed amendment may be viewed at City Hall during normal business hours.  All interested persons are invited to attend and comment.

1. Consider The First Reading Of Ordinance No. 288-26: 

An Ordinance To Amend The Zoning Ordinance Of The City Of Union City, To Clarify That Rv / Travel Trailer Parks Are Not Permitted Uses In B-2 (Intermediate Business) Districts.

2. Request Permission To Apply For The Public Entity Partners Cybersecurity Grant.

3. Request Permission To Solicit Bids For 2 Dump Trucks One For Stormwater Department And One For Distribution Department.
