Martha Chappell
Martha Faye Chappell, age 85, of Union City passed away Thursday, March 27, 2025, at AHC in Union City.
Graveside services were 11 a.m. today, March 31, 2025, in Obion County Memorial Gardens, with Bro. Phillip Pinion officiating.
White-Ranson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Chappell was born in Obion County on May 22, 1939, to the late Oscar R. Wilson and the late Lucille Johnson Wilson. She married Mr. Bobby Ray Chappell on Dec. 26, 1957. He preceded her in death on Sept. 6, 2024.
She worked as an LPN for many years and was a member of Mt. Ararat Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Tammy Chappell of Union City and Keith and Cindi Chappell of Memphis; her grandson, Jody Chappell of Nashville; her great-grandson, Rambler Chappell of Nashville; and several nieces and nephews.
