PREP WORK — Obion County Joint Economic Development Corp. chief executive officer Lindsay Theobald and Union City city manager Johnny McTurner review the plan for the location of a new spec building at the Northwest Tennessee Regional Industrial Center. It was announced this week that Union City will receive a $1.1 million Site Development Grant from the State of Tennessee for property clearing and grading at the site.
