Grace Eugenia “Jean” Parker Bell, 94 of Union City died Feb. 5, 2024.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at White-Ranson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. until the hour of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
