Tony Perryman
Tony Perryman, a native of Kenton, passed away peacefully at his home in Union City on Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023.
A Celebration of Life for Mr. Tony will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20, 2023, at Buchanan Resort, 785 Buchanan Resort Road, Springville, TN, 38256 in the Annabel Room. The family will begin receiving guests at 4 p.m. until the time of service.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Tony was born in Union City on Oct. 20, 1961, to the late William “Cotton” Perryman and the late Billie Dozier Perryman. He married Tammy Reynolds Perryman on Oct. 28, 1983. She survives.
Tony was a person who was full of life, loved by all and loved with his full heart. You never sat in a room with Tony without having a good laugh.
In addition to his wife, Tammy, he is survived by his son, Derek Perryman of Nashville; his daughter, Taylor Cooley and her husband, Will, of Knoxville; two sisters, Penny Petty and Tammy Crowell, both of Union City; and several nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that memorials in memory of Mr. Tony be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at stjude.org or the Hometown Walk of Hope at 902 Perkins St., Union City, TN 38261.
