Janice “Jan” Ann King Polsgrove, 65, of South Fulton died June 4, 2023, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Hornbeak Funeral Home, with burial following in the Obion County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11 a.m. Thursday until the hour of service.
