Peggy Busby

Mrs. Peggy Busby, 77, of Tiptonville died March 11, 2023, at her residence.
Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. Monday at East View Cemetery. The Rev. Brent Long officiated.
Pallbearers were Tim Windsor, Greg Windsor, Brent Long, Will Windsor, David Olhausen and Kyle Reaves.
White-Ranson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Busby was born on June 3, 1945, in Tiptonville to the late Houston and Ella (Moody) Kelly. She worked at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. On March 21, 1983, she married Bobby Joe Busby. He preceded her in death on Aug. 12, 2015. She was a member of Wynnburg Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Tim Windsor and wife, Vivian, of Tiptonville and Greg Windsor and wife, Cynthia, of Munford; daughter, Vicky Long and husband, Brent, of Ridgely; nine grandchildren; and a brother, Thomas Kelly of Murray, Ky.
She was also preceded in death by her two sisters, Opal Windsor and Edna Nanney; and her brother, James Kelly.
