Man arrested for shoplifting and criminal trespass at Martin Walmart

On March 30, 2020, 65-year-old Eugene Sherman from Union City was criminally trespassed from Martin Walmart by Patrolman Aaron Carter with Martin Police Department.

On Dec. 16 at 4:18 p.m., Patrolman Cory Sparks with Martin PD was dispatched to Martin Walmart in reference to a shoplifting that took place.

Upon arrival it was determined that Sherman entered the Martin Walmart and passed the last point of sale without attempting to pay.

The restitution owed totaled $298.00 for the stolen property.

Sherman has been charged with shoplifting and criminal trespass.
