Two arrested in Greenfield on multiple charges

On Nov. 21 around 5:20 p.m. Patrolman David Sliger with the Greenfield Police Department was notified of a break in at a residence.

The owner of the residence stated that she had noticed someone had been staying there without her permission. Several items that did not belong in the house were found including clothes, a ticket belonging to Blake Miller and other personal items. The lights and water had also been left on.

On Nov. 22 Sliger was notified that someone had been at the residence again and broken a window and that a television was missing. Sliger learned that 43-year-old Jessica Sellers had been staying with 29-year-old Timothy Blake Miller at the residence.

Sliger located Miller at his father’s residence and also located the missing television. Miller was found to have a glass pipe with residue and a crushed suboxone pill that he did not have a prescription for.

Miller was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of theft of property, vandalism, possession of schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sellers was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of theft and vandalism.
