WARM & INVITING — Dan Huggins (left), pastor of the Refuge Church in Union City, and Ron Gray, pastor of First Church of God in Union City and current president of the Obion County Ministerial Association, sort through some of the many donated coats to be given away as part of this year’s Feeding of the 5,000 community outreach. The Feeding of the 5,000 grocery distribution is set for Nov. 22 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Obion County Fairgrounds, followed by the Thanksgiving Soul Food Café meal from 5-7 p.m. at the fairgrounds, where the Refuge Church meets. Both are free of charge to anyone who would benefit. Feeding of the 5,000 is based on the biblical account of the miracle of Jesus feeding a multitude.
