TALKING BUSINESS — Obion County commissioner and budget committee chairman Sam Sinclair (left) and Mayor Steve Carr chatted Monday morning during a brief break between meetings of the county’s finance committee and budget committee. Both committees convened to discuss items which were subsequently forwarded to the Obion County Commission for action at its next session Oct. 17 at the county mayor’s office.
