QUICK DIP — Fulton city manager Mike Gunn was a good sport as he took his turn in a dunking booth at midday Saturday at Pontotoc Park as part of the Twin Cities’ Banana Festival. In this series, he waited anxiously to see if the person pitching balls would hit the mark before he was successfully dunked. He emerged to resume his position on the dunking booth perch for the next thrower. The booth was sponsored by Kayser Automotive Systems as a fundraiser for Fulton’s dog pound. It was one of many special activities staged on the final day of the festival’s nine-day run in Fulton and South Fulton.
