Eric Heller

Eric Shane Heller, age 53, of Valparaiso, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2022. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Eric was born in Valparaiso, Indiana to David Heller and Cheryle Penick. He attended Westview High School in Martin and enjoyed “wrenching” on just about anything he could get his hands on. If it was broken, he would find a way to fix it. He had a passion for motorcycles, four-wheelers and just about anything he could get to go fast! Eric had a heart of gold and loved his family dearly. Eric was survived by his father, David Heller; his mother, Cheryle Penick; his step father, Charles Penick; three children, Daniel, Josh and Brandy Demet; and four grandchildren, Aubrey Lynn, Harbor Preston, Ella Dean and Josue. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Brittany Renee.
