Garry Moran

Garry Lee Moran Sr., 70, of Mayfield, Ky., formerly of Gibson County, passed away at noon Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at his home.
Graveside services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday at Obion County Memorial Gardens. Brother Rick Roberts will officiate.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Mr. Moran was born May 31, 1952, in Sikeston, Mo., son of the late Leonard and Peggy Victoria (Davis) Moran. He married Ruby Nell (Goff) Moran March 15, 1971. She passed away Sept. 1, 2015. He worked for World Color Press as a Lead Binary Operator and was a U.S. Army veteran who was stationed at the DMZ in Korea during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Garry Lee Moran Jr. and Linda Moran of Troy; four stepgrandchildren; nine stepgreat-grandchildren; two brothers, Keith Moran of South Fulton and Brian Moran of Mayfield; two sisters, Sherry Dunn (Dennis) of West Plains, Mo., and Teresa Wade (Bill) of Mayfield; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by one son, Jeremy Lee Moran; one daughter, Angela Renee Moran; two brothers, Howard Lynn Moran and Steven Moran; and his nephew, Jason Dunn.
