MEMORIAL DAY EVENT

MEMORIAL DAY EVENT — Samburg Tourism chairman Ed Mayberry recently placed a poster promoting the city’s “Fire on the Water” Memorial Day Celebration at a local business. The event will be held Saturday at Spicer Park and will include patriotic music provided by Sound Services at 7 p.m. and fireworks at 9. Past and present veterans will be honored.
