DRUG TAKE BACK — The Obion County Prevention Coalition, Obion County Sheriff’s Office and Union City Police Department are teaming up to rid homes of potentially dangerous, expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs through the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday. Representatives will be set up from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Obion County Public Library. Helping to promote the event this week were (from left) Sheriff Karl Jackson, chief deputy Matt Woods, coalition treasurer Joe Garner, coalition chairman Tracy Boucher, sheriff’s deputy Javan Wheatley and Union City police patrolman Matthew Hale.
