Barbara Nash

Barbara Ann Scribner Nash, 81, of Union City passed away Saturday, Feb. 5, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Mrs. Nash was born July 4, 1940, to the late Luther James and Lorene Champion Scribner. She was a homemaker.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, 2022, in East View Cemetery. Bro. Matthew Nance will officiate.
There will be no visitation and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at the time of services.
Pallbearers will be Steve Nash; David, Adam and Matthew Simmons; Tony Ivy; and Donnie Kolwyck. Patrick Hendrix will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
Mrs. Nash is survived by two daughters, Tina Gibson and Wanda White, both of Union City; two sons, Steve Nash and his wife, Ashley Clark Nash, of Union City and Sammy Nash of Martin; eight grandchildren, David, Matthew and Adam Simmons, Rayelynn Nash, Carmella Clark, Jasmine Cruz, Isabella and Isaac Clark; and one sister-in-law, Pat Scribner of Little Rock, Ark.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Nash was preceded in death by three sisters, Flora Bell Quillen and Jean and Liz Cheatham; and three brothers, James, Donnie and Jimmy Scribner.
