FAIREST OF THE FAIR — Kylie Raye Baggett (second from left) of Troy was picked the best among four contestants for the Obion County Fairest of the Fair during a pageant Saturday afternoon in the Whitney Cozart Pavilion. The South Fulton High School graduate is the 18-year-old daughter of Melanie Walker and Russ Baggett. She will represent Obion County at the Tennessee Association of Fairs pageant to be held during convention in Nashville Jan. 20-22, 2022. Her court includes first maid Madison Elizabeth Puckett (left) of South Fulton, the 16-year-old daughter of Samirae Campbell and Melvin Puckett and a student at SFHS; second maid Cassidy Nicole Roney (third from left) of Union City, the 18-year-old daughter of Samantha Fisher and Ty Roney; and third maid Justice Olivia Bell, 16-year-old daughter of Tasha and Jillian Bowman and Jeromy Bell and a student at Obion County Central High School. The Fairest of the Fair is for girls ages 16-21.
