Kevin L. Davis, a cement finisher, died unexpectedly on May 12, 2021, at the age of 42. Kevin is survived by his parents, his wife, his children; five sisters, Carmede Jackson of Lansing, Michigan, Angeline Marie Jackson of Lansing; Stacy Njiru of Phoenix, Arizona, Julia-Ann Nicole Paschall of Martin, Marley Beth Farris of Sharon; two brothers, Clarence James Farris of Greenfield and Anthony Jordan Paschall of Memphis; a host of many other loving relatives and friends who will feel his loss. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Earnest Jackson, Charity Jackson and James Farris. Kevin was born in Tennessee on Feb. 28, 1979, to Marilyn (Eddie) Williams and Terry Farris. He moved to Michigan with his mother and attended elementary and middle school in Lansing. He later moved to Greenfield where he lived with his uncle Harvey Jackson and attended Greenfield High School. He returned to Michigan in September 2012. During his time in Lansing, he met and later married his wife Feb. 28, 2016. Kevin was a devoted husband, father and an avid pet lover. He enjoyed gardening, raising his dogs, and spending time with his boys, Antonio, Kevin JR (Bud), and Maxwell. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family and all who knew him. A memorial service will be held June 19, 2021, in Greenfield.
