ENJOYING THE WEATHER — Chloe Brunswick, 6, and her grandmother, Connie Senter (not pictured) of Union City, seized the opportunity to play at Kiwanis Park in downtown Union City Tuesday afternoon as local temperatures hovered around 67 degrees under blue skies. Unfortunately, that is all about to change as the National Weather Service in Memphis predicts rain to move in this afternoon. On Saturday, temperatures are expected to drop to 50 degrees by 5 p.m., with an overnight low temperature in the mid 30s. On Sunday, there is a 50 percent chance of rain and a slight chance of snow showers set to move into the area in the late afternoon and overnight. Little to no accumulation is expected.
