DRESSED UP & MASKED UP

DRESSED UP & MASKED UP — The Obion County Circuit, General Sessions and Juvenile court clerk’s office staffs were all dressed in purple Friday in an effort to make everyone aware of the dreaded Alzheimer’s disease. Among those who donned purple for awareness — as well as their face masks in efforts to curb the spread of the coronavirus — were (from left) General Sessions Judge Jimmy Smith, Jana Fuller, Tiffany Hall, Cindy Minyard, Kammie Thompson, Marielena Acevedo, Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson, Denise Taylor, Robin Cary, Maria Woods, Karen Woodruff and Ashland Phelon. In addition, the court offices were decorated with purple streamers and lanterns to draw awareness. The community is encouraged to donate to Alzheimer’s of Tennessee, 38 Old Hickory Cove, Suite B 175, Jackson, TN 38305.
