Elsie McCann

Mrs. Elsie C. (Kirk) McCann, 80, of Horn Lake, Miss., formerly of Obion County, died Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at her residence.
Graveside services were held 1 p.m. Friday in Ebenezer Cemetery near Troy, with the Rev. Bobby Williams officiating. There was no public visitation.
Pallbearers were Michael Whittemore, Steve Turner, Chris Jerome, Richard Kyle Harris, Bobby Loggins III and Kenneth Paschall.
White-Ranson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She was born May 24, 1939, in Obion County, daughter of the late Clyde Anderson Kirk and Clara Ethel (Storey) Rambo. She married Vernon Ray McCann on May 17, 1969. He passed away Nov. 9, 2012.
She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by four daughters and three sons-in-law, Debra (Bobby) Loggins of Collierville, Donna Paschall of Jackson, Stacy (Steve) Turner of Hernando, Miss., and Lorrie (Chris) Jerome of Niceville, Fla.; a sister, Shirley Clouse of Union City; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two sons, Rick Lynn Harris and Melvin Wayne Harris.
