TURNING 106 — Elizabeth C. Bobo, a resident of the Obion County Nursing Home, will turn 106 this Thursday. A special party is being planned at the facility Thursday at 2:15 p.m. and residents are encouraged to send her birthday cards at 1084 East County Home Road, Union City, TN 38261.
