Elvin Hatch, 87, of South Fulton died Oct. 24, 2017, at the Tennessee State Veterans Home in Humboldt. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by White-Ranson Funeral Home. Published 10.25.17
I can think of no other teacher that I respected more than Elvin Hatch. He was my basketball coach at Palmersville High School. He was strict, demanding, fair & a great coach… I recall his love for his dear wife, Mary, and his two children, Elaine & Mike. We were all broken hearted when he left for military duty. He was a good man that influenced many for the better! Sympathy to his family.
