Georgia Shoemaker

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Jessie Cavness will officiate. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 9 a.m. until the hour of services Thursday.
Pallbearers will be Bill Shoemaker, Jamie Scheland, Donald Riley, Jonathan Brauer, Lynn Bryson and Steve Christman.
Mrs. Shoemaker was born Jan. 3, 1948, in Vivian, La., daughter of the late Hubert George and Ellen (Whitehurst) Malloy. She married Clarence William Shoemaker March 5, 1967. He survives. Mrs. Shoemaker was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith.
She is also survived by three daughters and her son-in-law, Frances Brauer of Picayune, Miss., Hazel and William Bryson of Troy and Georgette Shoemaker of Union City; her son, Bill Shoemaker of Troy; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Marilyn and Charles Laster of Bardwell, Ky., and Lynetta and Steve Christman of Shelbyville, Ill.; her brother and sister-in-law, Franklin Hubert and Carla Malloy of Columbus, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
