Mrs. Shirley J. Stroud, 78, of Dresden, died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016 at the Weakley County Rehab & Nursing Center in Dresden. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at First United Pentecostal Church in Union City.
