Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at White & Mahon Funeral Home in Troy, with the Rev. Robert Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Saturday.
Pallbearers will be Ty Walley, Shane Walley, John David Thompson, Ray Gomes, Mark Vaughn and Lane Owens. Honorary pallbearers will be Mitzi Tatum, Alayna Thompson, Brittany Walley, Barbie Walley, Franklin Tate, Jerry Carver and Jim Holloway.

She was born March 6, 1935, in Obion County, daughter of the late Redford and Cammie (Sampson) Ross. She married the Rev. William O. Allen Jr. July 12, 1951. He died Feb. 4, 1987. She was a hairdresser and a member of Hornbeak Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Richard Walley of Hornbeak; her son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Paulette Allen of Mason Hall; two grandsons and their wives, Ty and Brittany Walley of Hornbeak and Shane and Barbie Walley of Troy; two granddaughters and their husbands, Mitzi and William Tatum of Union City and Alayna and John David Thompson of Mason Hall; six great-grandchildren; two sisters and her brother-in-law, JoAnn Vaughn of South Fulton and Carolyn and Jim Dickson of Union City; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Wilda Joy Allen; and her brother-in-law, Melvin Vaughn.
