Gengie Brown

Services were set for 2 p.m. today at Williams Funeral Home in Gleason, with the Rev. Pete Staples officiating. Burial was to follow in Hopewell Cemetery near Gleason.
She was born Feb. 18, 1954, in Martin, daughter of the late Earnest Melton Segraves and the late Mary Ruth Wiseman.
She had been employed in healthcare and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
Survivors also include her daughter, Julie Wilson of Camden; her son, John Chandler of Jackson; her stepson, Larry Brown of Nashville; another brother, Coy Segraves of Gleason; and two sisters, Maxine Lands of Louisville, Ky., and Marcy McKinney of McKenzie.
