Services will be at the columbarium at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Feb. 16. A mass will be held at 10 a.m. at the church that day. Father Robert Ponticello will officiate.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The family requests that memorials be made to the church.
He was born Nov. 20, 1937, in Hickman, Ky., son of the late James Curlin and Ottis (Edwards) Lattus. He married the former Wy Quigley May 28, 1960. She survives. He was an electrician at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. for 20 years.
Mr. Lattus had also been an aviation electronics specialist in the U.S. Navy and had served in Vietnam onboard The Entrepid, retiring with the rank of E6.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He was also a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association and was a lifetime member of the NRA.
He is also survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Allyson and Michael Davanzo of St. Clair, Mich., and of Union City; his granddaughter, Jessica Davanzo of Rugeley, England; his grandson, Matthew Davanzo of Carney, Okla.; three sisters, Frances Sue (Lattus) Kiefer of Chattanooga, Mary Delores Dozier of Alabama and Judy Phipps of Hickman; and his brother, Robert Lattus of the Cayce community in Kentucky.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Paul Edward Lattus and Adrian Lattus.
