Harold Stover
Funeral services were to be conducted 11:30 a.m. today in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Bobby Stewart was to officiate. Burial was to follow in Mount Ararat Cemetery near Troy.
Friends were to serve as pallbearers.
Harold was born Sept. 8, 1932, Obion County, son of the late G.B. and Eunice (Coleman) Stover. He married the former Velma Harrison May 17, 1963. She survives. He lived in Memphis for 24 years, where he worked as an accounts payable bookkeeper for a construction firm, before his return to this area in 1986. He was a farmer and real estate developer for many years. Harold was a member of Main Street Church of Christ in Troy, where he served as treasurer for many years.
He is also survived by his brother, Doyle Stover of Memphis; his sister, Phelda Browning of Holly Springs, Miss.; two nephews; and his niece.
