Graveside services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Mount Moriah Cemetery near Obion, with Eugene Hudgins officiating. Friends may call at Cryer Funeral Home in Obion from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Thursday.
Pallbearers will be Randy Evans, Jamie Evans, Charles Baker, Shane Sanford, Jeremy Sanford and William Sanford.
She was born in Obion County March 3, 1956, daughter of the late Albert and Patsy (Ross) Baker. She was an assembly line worker for a tire manufacturer and was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Mrs. Tamayo is survived by her husband, Anthony E. Tamayo; two sons, Anthony Brewer and Freddy Tamayo of California; three daughters, Christy Englebert of Philadelphia, Miss., and Grace Williamson and Avelyn Warren, both of California; her niece, Samantha Breen of Ocala, Fla.; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, James Floyd “Buddy” Baker and William Edward Baker; and her sister, Tina Jones.
