Graveside services were held 2 p.m. Sunday at Beulah Cemetery near Union City, with the Rev. Chip Davis and Dr. Cecil Sewell officiating. Pallbearers were her grandchildren.
White-Ranson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She was born July 8, 1918, in Union City, daughter of the late Alginon Sidney and Maude (Davis) Curry. She married O.B. McCord Nov. 6, 1937. He passed away Jan. 30, 2002. She was a retired ward clerk at the former Obion County General Hospital and was a member of Union City First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Annette Morris of Union City; five grandchildren and the spouse of one, Brenda Hutchens, Andrew Morris, Jacob Morris, Joey Morris and Ginger and Jamie Powell, all of Union City; three great-grandchildren, Jasmine Hutchens, Hope Powell and Lydia Pruitt; and her sister-in-law, Katherine Curry.
She was also preceded in death by her son-in-law, David Morris; her sister, Firry Lou Argo; her stepbrother, Robert Curry; her stepsister, Mary Ann Curry; and her infant brother.
