Marion Cochran
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with Phillip Pinion officiating. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Dennis Marchwinski, Adam Tiemann, Nate Marchwinski, Aaron Varga, Claude Cochran Jr. and Harold Cochran.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
He was born Feb. 4, 1940, in Obion County, son of the late Felix and Mary Ellen (Bumpious) Cochran. He married the former Carole Woody Oct. 20, 1962. She survives. He was a retired driver for Gulf Transport and Greyhound Bus Lines and was a Mason and a U.S. Air Force veteran.
He is also survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Donna and Mark Marchwinski and Judy and Perry Tiemann, all of Waterloo, and Mary Ellen Mills of Jackson; nine grandchildren and their spouses, Dennis Marchwinski, Sharon Marchwinski, Nathan and Erika Marchwinski, Adam and Monika Tiemann, Brooke Tiemann, Kelsey Tiemann, Alyson Varga, Aaron Varga and Noah Comstock; three sisters, Joella Parrott of South Fulton and Ouida Tuck and Lois Sullivan, both of Union City; two brothers and his sister-in-law, Wayne Cochran of Union City and David and Pat Cochran of Southaven, Miss.; and his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Margaret and Bill Smith of De Soto, Mo.
He was also preceded in death by his son-in-law, Brent Mills; five sisters, Greer Owens, Geniece Ragsdale, Grace Arnn, Rebecca Pinion and Jeanette Thurman; and five brothers, Graden Cochran, Guinn Cochran, Ellis Cochran, Claude Cochran and Larry Cochran.
