Steve Garrigus

Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Johnny Chessor and Kelly Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Roney, Kelly Walker, Jeremy Roney, Tim Garrigus, Josh Garrigus and Johnny Dyer.
The family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
He was born June 26, 1956, in Ridgely, son of the late Ernest Laverne and Betty Jo (Motley) Garrigus. He married the former Cheryl Wynne Fowler Aug. 9, 1975. She survives. He was a retired employee of the former Jimmy Dean Foods in Newbern and had also worked at the former Reelfoot Packing Co. in Union City. He was a Baptist and was a member of Tyree Lodge in Crystal.
He is also survived by his son, Jason Wayne Garrigus of Fresno, Calif.; his daughter, Tiffany Marie Garrigus of Union City; three grandchildren, Steven Jax Garrigus and Alex Michael Massey, both of Union City, and Jacob Noah Posey of Fresno; his brother, Ricky Joe Garrigus of Portland; and the many children who have touched the lives of his family.
He was also preceded in death by his brother, Ernest Lee Garrigus.
