Richard Franks

Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home, with the Rev. Ron Gray officiating.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from noon until the hour of services Wednesday.
He was born Aug. 2, 1972, in Tiptonville, son of Richard Lawrence Franks of Union City and Nancy (Mills) Butler of Tiptonville.
He is also survived by two sons, Richard Franks and Dylan Franks, both of Union City; his granddaughter, London Star Franks of Union City; two sisters, Edna Franks of the Shawtown community and Amy McKay of Tiptonville; and his stepsister, Teresa Hill of Newbern.
