Otholene Walker

Mrs. Otholene Walker, 83, of Obion passed away 12:36 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at Golden Living Center in Union City.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in Obion. Brother Michael Julian and Brother Marlon Stephens will officiate. Burial will follow in Terrace Hill Cemetery in Troy.
Visitation will be held at First Baptist Church in Obion from 6-8 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. until the hour of services Monday.
Pallbearers will be Eugene Hudgins, Stevie Flowers, Dustin Butler, Mike West, Allen Birmingham and Billy Walley.
Honorary pallbearers will be deacons of First Baptist Church and Donald Bloxom.
Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Walker was born July 3, 1931, in Haileyville, Ala., daughter of the late Otho and Beulah (Abercombie) Cox. She married David F. Walker Aug. 12, 1960. He died Nov. 27, 2006. Mrs. Walker was a retired employee of the former Salant & Salant in Obion and was a member of First Baptist Church in Obion.
She is survived by three daughters and one son-in-law, Linda Jackson of Troy, Amy and Darrell McDaniel of Ocean Springs, Miss., and Emily Hartley of Obion; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Ben John Graham of Union City and David E. and Virginia Walker of Hornbeak; nine grandchildren, Deana Foster, April West, Elaine Walker, Becky Walley, Carrie Butler, Jenny Flowers, John McDaniel, James McDaniel and Bailey Hartley; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Beverly Graham; her sister-in-law, Bertha Tanner; one sister; and four brothers.
