Harold Dickson
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Judd Mowery officiating. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home 5-8 this evening.
Family members will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Burress, Jack Leach and Randy Cody.
He was born May 15, 1941, in Hardin County, son of the late Frank and Mary (Bell) Dickson. He married the former Carolyn Roberson April 28, 2003. She survives. He was a retired tire inspector for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.
He is also survived by two daughters, Cheryl Reddin of Kenton and Denise Hill of Rives; two stepdaughters and their husbands, DeAnna and Mark Bell of Rives and Mandi and Jake Hall of Union City; his stepson and his wife, Chad and Tiffany Fowlkes of Union City; his grandchildren, Heather Dial, Crystalynn Bennett, Allison Reddin, Savannah Reddin, Mendi Brooke Scarborough, Kaleigh Hall, Jayanna Hall, Alex Fowlkes and Seth Fowlkes; three great-grandchildren; five sisters, Frankie Lee Blagg and Laverne Hatcher, both of Greenfield, Ind., Maxine Richardson of Pocahontas, Ark., Carroll Creasy of Scotts Hill and Shirley Nash of South Fulton; two brothers, J.B. Dickson of Marion, Ark., and Gerald Dickson of South Fulton; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Carolyn (Wiley) Dickson; his son, Frank Dickson; two sisters, Joan Dickson and Mary Vernell Dickson; and three brothers, Charles Dickson, Donald Dickson and Larry Gene Dickson.
