Jack Mays

Dr. Jack G. Mays, 87, of Louisville, Tennessee passed away Sunday, May 3, 2015 peacefully with close family and friends by his side. A celebration service will held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 10 at Middlesettlements United Methodist Church located at 2729 Middlesettlements Road, Maryville, TN 37801. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. prior to services.
