Michael O’Neil Hudson, 54, of Union City died at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville May 31, 2013.
Services were set for 3:30 p.m. today at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jerry Leggett officiating, assisted by the Rev. Bob Scott.
Pallbearers were to be Dennis Mires, Bryan Hughes, William Hudson, Ted Williams, Royce Morgan and Sam Sinclair. Honorary pallbearers were to be Tack Simmons, John Tanner, Alan Nohsey, Morris White, Jeff Hudson and Andrew Matney.
Burial was to follow at Christian Chapel Cemetery near Huntingdon.

He was born April 14, 1959, in Del Rio, Texas, son of Bernice (Clark) Hudson of Union City and the late Will Murray “Ikey” Hudson. He married the former Alice Mae Koch July 3, 2010. She survives. He had earned a degree from Baptist Bible College and was a student at Mid-Continent University in Mayfield, Ky. He was a retired employee of the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. after 31 years of service and was a member of Union City Second Baptist Church.
He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Will “Ike” Hudson Jr. and Leah Hudson of Chicago; his daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth (Hudson) and Andrew Matney of Dallas; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Albert and Anna Koch of LaGrange, Ohio; two nephews and the wife of one, William Hudson III of New Paltz, N.Y., and Jeffrey and Laura Hudson of Chicago; and his niece and her husband, Kari and Morris White of Murray, Ky.
