WC resident awarded scholarship

A Weakley County student has been awarded a scholarship for the 2013-2014 academic year to attend the University of Tennessee at Martin, according to Judy Rayburn, director of admissions. Sabrina Black, of Martin, daughter of David Black and Barbara Taturm, will be a sophomore. She received the Fred and Marie Colvett Family and Consumer Sciences award.
