On Sunday we had a Gideon service with Jack Baltz as the speaker. He had several wonderful and miraculous conversion stories, which were the results of the Gideon ministry of placing Bibles.

Announcements were made and prayer requests were taken.

Sarah Patel and Rick King led the music service. The band is doing a great job. William Earl McRee provided our special.

Bro. Roger preached from Acts 9 and Hebrews 11. The Christian life is not always a smooth road; we must have faith to get us through the hard times.

Ernie and Amy Rollins celebrated their anniversary. Birthdays included Ernie Rollins and Dylan and Jade Maupin.

Congratulations to high school graduates Cory Puckett and Jon York-Patel. Joe Baskette graduated from Diesel Mechanic School in Nashville.

Sunday, June 2, Bro. Scott Chadwick and wife, Sandy, will be at the church and will give a presentation about their ministry in Bulgaria.

The women’s class met Sunday afternoon.
