Bro. Bobby Peal opened our service singing “Just A Little Talk With Jesus.”

Edna Johle taught from Ephesians 5:18,19, be filled with the Spirit; speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord.

Congregational singing was “Jesus Hold My Hand” and “Keep On The Firing Line.”

Prayer requests were made and prayed over. Special music was Patsy Baker and Melba Carson singing “Bless The Lord O My Soul,” Harvey Dildine sang “In My Father’s House Are Many Mansions.”

Bro. Bobby took his message from Isaiah 12:1-3, without faith you cannot please God.  Faith is taking God at His word.

Bro. Bobby opened evening service singing “Prayer Bells Of Heaven.” Congregational songs were “I’ll Fly Away,” “Amazing Grace,” “In the Highways” and “Keep On the Sunnyside Of Life.” Special singing was Edna Johle “The Family Of God”, Shirley Bynum and Mary Jones led “When the Roll Is Called Up Yonder,” Shirley and Bro. Bobby singing “I Won’t Have To Cross Jordan Alone.”

Bro. Bobby took his text from Philippians 1:21, for me to live in Christ, and to die is gain. Let the comforter; comfort you in sorrow or joy.

We formed the prayer circle at the altar and prayed for the needs.

Remember:  Revival with Bro. Cecil Bryant and Heaven Bound, will begin at Beech Grove Community Church May 26-28, Sidonia Assembly Of God May 29 and finishing up at Abundant Life May 30-June 2. Abundant Life will dismiss their Sunday evening service so they we may join Beech Grove in revival. Sunday time is 6 p.m. and weekdays and Saturday is 7 p.m.
