Completed arrangements are being announced for Lucas Alan Wright, 21, of Union City, who died suddenly May 12, 2013, in Union City.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton. Friends may call at the funeral home after 10 a.m. Saturday until the service hour.
The family requests that memorials be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
He was born March 18, 1992, in Union City and was a 2010 graduate of South Fulton High School.
He is survived by his parents, Larry and Hilary Simmons of Fayetteville, N.C.; four sisters, Lindsay Wright, Holly Wright and Sara Simmons, all of Fayetteville, and Megan Wright of Gadsden, Ala.; two brothers, Jacob Wright of Union City and Dylan Wright of Fayetteville; his nephew, Jaxon, of Fayetteville; his grandparents, Charles and Marjory Paul of Barberton, Ohio; his father, Steve Wright of Water Valley, Ky., his grandmother, Bessie Wright of Water Valley; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Owen Wright.
