Miss Baker to wed Capps on June 13 Posted: Thursday, May 16, 2013 8:00 pm The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Heather Ashley Baker and Robert Blake Capps, both of Martin, are being announced today. The bride-elect is the daughter of Mark and Jeanine Baker of Martin. Her grandparents are Jerry and Hazel Baker of Martin and WC and Carolyn Crouch, Mary Ann Griffin and the late Bill Griffin, all of Union City. She is a 2007 graduate of Westview High School. She obtained her associate of applied science degree in radiography and is employed at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Southhaven, Miss., as a radiologic technologist. The groom-elect is the son of Kenneth and Sherry Capps of Union City, formerly of Martin. His grandparents are George and Pat Baker of Three Way, the late Ellen Baker of Jackson and the late Grady and Learline Capps of Martin. He is a 2003 graduate of Westview High School and earned a bachelor of nursing degree at the University of Tennessee at Martin and a master of nursing degree at Arkansas State University for anesthesia.
