Bike Run planned

There will be a benefit Bike Run Saturday to assist Robert Higgins Jr., who is suffering from Stage Three aggressive colorectal cancer. He is undergoing chemotherapy for the disease, which is incurable.
The run will originate at The Snack Shop at 1215 East Main St. in Union City and there will be four stops.
Barbecue plates and rib plates will be on sale that evening for $8 and there will be an auction, with all proceeds going to help pay medical bills.
