| Westview coach won’t face charges |

No indictment was returned by the Weakley County grand jury Monday against Westview head boys’ basketball coach J.B. Suiter.
Suiter had been accused of assault by the family of a player during a District 13AA Tournament game against Covington in Martin in early February.
The veteran Charger coach told the Press he did not attend Monday’s court proceedings, but had communicated with his lawyer via text following the grand jury’s decision.
