The Union City School System has announced the following lunch menus for May 13-17:
Union City High School
Monday, May 13 — Baked chicken nuggets or beef fingers with whole wheat roll, mashed potatoes with gravy, carrot sticks, fresh apple, canned peaches and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, May 14 — Beef taco with whole grain tortilla or tuna salad wrap with whole grain tortilla, fresh taco salad cup, pinto beans, fresh orange, canned applesauce and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, May 15 — Turkey bologna and cheese with whole grain bread or baked beef patty with cornbread, steamed cabbage, Great Northern beans, fresh melon, canned pineapple and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, May 16 — Baked chicken patty with whole grain bun or crispito, baked sweet potato bites, steamed broccoli, fresh orange, canned pears and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, May 17 — Cheeseburger with whole grain bun or whole grain corndog, French fries, green beans, fresh banana, canned mandarin oranges and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Note: UCHS offers fresh salad bar options daily.
UC Middle School

South Fulton Elementary School has announced the following menus for May 13-17:
Breakfast
Monday, May 13 — Whole grain breakfast Hot Pockets or whole grain cereal with wheat toast and low-fat milk or juice.
Tuesday, May 14 — Whole grain breakfast pizza or whole grain cereal with graham cracker and low-fat milk or juice.
Wednesday, May 15 — Strawberry pancake or whole grain cereal with whole grain toast and low-fat milk or juice.
Thursday, May 16 — Breakfast burrito or whole grain cereal with graham cracker and fresh fruit and low-fat milk or juice.
Friday, May 17 — Steak with biscuit or whole grain cereal with whole grain graham cracker and low-fat milk or juice.
Note: Free breakfast is offered daily to every SFES student.
Lunch
Monday, May 13 — Sloppy joe with whole wheat bun or hot dog with whole wheat bun, California blend vegetables, baked fries, fresh grapes and low-fat milk.
Tuesday, May 14 — Chicken patty with whole wheat bun or pork patty with whole wheat bun, green beans, whole kernel corn, Dole mixed fruit cup and low-fat milk.
Wednesday, May 15 — Barbecue chicken or turkey with gravy, whole grain roll, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, fresh orange and low-fat milk.
Thursday, May 16 — Hamburger with whole wheat bun or corndog, baked tater tots, romaine salad with fat-free dressing, sliced tomatoes, fresh apple and low-fat milk.
Friday, May 17 — Peanut butter and jelly sandwich with cheese stick or deli ham and cheese sandwich, carrot sticks with fat-free dressing, pickle spears, baked Cheetos, raisins and low-fat milk (school field day).
