Latest Westview win
easy over Ripley

Westview rolled to a 10-0 win over Ripley in recent soccer action.
The Chargers scored six goals in the first half. Westview then added two quick goals to start the second half with one just 13 seconds into the half and another one minute later.
Gian Garma netted three goals, while Cal Bradshaw and Dominic Fabianch netted two goals each. Hagen Little, Jerry Palafox and Nic Fortner scored one each.
Ashton Meyer, Bran-don Hauhe, and Nathan Williamson all had two assists, while Andrew Johnson and Traevon Atkins had one each. Johnson had one save.

Serb native signs
with UTM tennis

Tamara Klimek has inked a National Letter of Intent to join the UT Martin tennis program next fall, Skyhawk head coach Dennis Taylor has announced.
A native of Novi Sad, Serbia, she was ranked in the top-5 in Serbia in the 16-and-under age division.
The 5-5 Klimek attended Karlovacka Gimnazija High School.

Weather reschedules
MHA golf outing

The Martin Housing Authority sixth annual golf tournament has been rescheduled for Saturday at Persimmon Hills Golf Course in Sharon.
Tee time is 8:30 a.m.
The tourney benefits after-school and summer programs for youth.
