|A 19-year-old Martin man has been charged in Kentucky after he allegedly led Kentucky State Police on a brief high-speed chase on a motorcycle through Fulton County. |
Landon Chase Coley was arrested on eight charges, including speeding, failure to signal, no insurance, DUI with aggravating circumstances, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing and evading and endangerment, according to Trooper Jay Thomas
Thomas, a public affairs specialist, told The Press that Trooper Mark Franklin saw two motorcycles speeding on Kentucky Highway 94. The motorcycles split up and Franklin followed the one allegedly driven by Coley.
The chase reached a top speed of 120 miles per hour and lasted about two minutes, Thomas said. The driver of the second motorcycle got away.
