RECEIVES AWARDS — Miss Fall Fest director Tammy Sparks of Union City and Miss Fall Fest Madyson Foster of Cleveland recently accepted awards for the Miss Fall Fest pageant while at a Miss Tennessee Workshop. Other Miss Fall Fest pageant directors include (not pictured) Jeni Beth Vincent and Michelle Creswell. The local pageant won first place for Most Cash Scholarship Given, runner-up for Outstanding Production and placed in the Top 15. There are 36 local titles. Miss Foster is a senior at Birmingham Southern College in Birmingham, Ala. She has made several appearances in Union City since being crowned in November and will make a few more before she competes in June at the Miss Tennessee Pageant. Each contestant at the Miss Tennessee Pageant will earn a $1,000 scholarship. She plans to perform as her talent a classical ballet on point. The 2014 Miss Fall Fest will be crowned in November.
